The product
Traceability
Every result can name its device, its raw record, and the person who produced it.
Traceability is written with the result, not reconstructed later. Processing depends on the setup that was captured at ingestion.
Cited with every result
- Device identity: part, technology, package or die, and lot, wafer, or sample.
- The raw record, which is never overwritten.
- The station snapshot and the calibration state at the time of the measurement.
- The condition set as recorded.
- The method version.
- The operator who ran or imported the measurement.
Die and packaged parts carry different identity fields. The form you choose is the one stored with the device.
