Test conditions

Each result declares the condition set it requires. The station applies that set, or an import is checked against it. A mismatch leaves the result empty and names the missing field.

What a condition set can hold

• Temperature.
• Bias and drive levels declared by the device family.
• Load, pulse width, and frequency.
• Sweep direction, when the measurement has hysteresis.

Recommended operating levels and absolute stress limits are separate tables. The device family declares both.

The match rule

The row declares the required set. The station or the import supplies it. If a required field is missing, the cell stays empty and the report names the gap. char.io does not invent the missing setup.
